After a slow start, swim coaching Monday night and travelled to Dorking for work on Tuesday. The week turned out pretty good. Having Friday off really helped!
The main highlight of the week was a trip to the Lee Valley Velodrome on Saturday. It was awesome!!
We managed to book a 2 hour slot for the club, including a coach. The whole experience was fantastic. Such a rush. It was so much fun you didn’t really notice how much of a workout it was. My legs were a bit sore on Sunday.
Managed to complete all of the training from week 4 of my training plan. Roll on week 5!
